Women deserve to own what they help build.

Women’s sports is one of the fastest-growing sectors in the global sports economy.

Despite this, women athletes only hold less than a tenth of senior leadership roles and rarely own any part of what they help build.

Headed to Work is a national narrative campaign that reframes girls’ and women’s sports from play to profession. This solution aligns narrative, data, and capital into a phased system that converts cultural influence into durable economic power.

What we’re building — and how we’ll know it’s working.

We’re not here for hype. We’re here for measurable change.

  • 2x-3x more women in power — coaching, GM/front office, and ownership-track roles (baseline → Year 3)

  • More dollars flowing to women — measurable % increase in brand investment in women’s sports and women athletes

  • Better deals, not just more deals — measurable % increase in partnerships with equity or long-term upside (equity, revenue share, backend participation)

  • Higher lifetime earnings — more athletes and coaches building long-term wealth through leadership, governance, and ownership pathways after the game

  • A real narrative shift — more media framing women athletes as strategists, leaders, and builders, plus deeper fan engagement that compounds over time

Because the goal isn’t visibility.

It’s authority — and ownership.

pillar three

Investor & Ecosystem Alignment

We change the story — and prove it’s working.

Headed to Work builds a cross-platform narrative that positions women athletes and coaches as what they already are: strategic, elite, and institution builders. We lead with emotion (because fans connect through love of the game) and back it with data—tracking media framing, fan behavior, and brand response to measure what’s shifting and guide what we amplify next.

Campaigns: Echo • Flip the Authority Script • Breaking the Codes

We turn influence into leverage — and leverage into longevity.

This pillar equips women athletes and coaches to navigate equity, ownership, and governance on their own terms—while they’re playing and long after they retire. It’s not about brokering deals. It’s about readiness: equity literacy, scenario analysis (cash vs. equity), and negotiation fluency through our education spine, Playbook for Paychecks.

We build the rooms — and change who belongs in them.

We convene athletes, coaches, investors, cultural leaders, and operators to create trust early and reduce friction before opportunity arrives. “Heart-led, math-based” means we use campaign insight to show how women’s sports drives jobs, wages, and value—then help the ecosystem move from enthusiasm to coordinated action that expands who participates in ownership.
